Billing Information

Complete Health at Crossways is a MIXED billing medical practice. Payment is required on the day of your consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.

For eligible consultations, Medicare rebates can be processed at the time of payment and deposited directly into your nominated cheque or savings account using your EFTPOS card.

Please note that bulk billing is not available on Saturdays for all patients (including children).

Our Practice Fees are:

Appointment Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 3 hours' notice so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

Appointments cancelled with less than 3 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will incur a non-attendance fee:

• Standard appointment: $50
• Long appointment: $90

Any outstanding non-attendance fees must be paid before a future appointment can be booked.

Our Practice is open for all appointments on the following days:
